Hello, I'm learning Italian too, but for different reasons. I have to be able to get fluent rather quickly and so I learn by myself. I use the Italian courses from Audible supplied by the Innovative language learning. I know you were looking for textbooks, but they might be helpful even though they're audio courses? Besides, there are accompanying pdf notes with the course. Sorry if this is totally not what you're looking for, but the notes have all the grammar etc, and should fill over 100 pages.
